Kate Williams is the most recent addition to the CCI team. She began her career in Human resources over twenty years ago. After ten years of serving as an HR Generalist in Southern California for an International Pharmaceutical company, Kate realized her passion and talent was in the identification of highly qualified candidates for hiring managers within the firm. The skills she developed in that role have served her well since moving to San Francisco eleven years ago when she began recruiting for another prominent agency in the Bay Area. She joined CCi in June of 2007. Kate is committed to providing personal and quality service to Candidates and Clients.
Kate specializes in Administrative Staffing and the Human Resources Industry. She has served as a Board Member for NCHRA and IAAP. She is a certified CAC. Kate has a BA in English Literature from Pasadena Nazarene College.
