Marketing Professional - Law Firm
International Law Firm based in downtown San Francisco seeks Marketing Professional to work in Corporate Department. Minimum of five years' experience at manager level or higher with focus on marketing or business development in the areas of investment banking or corporate finance, or within the corporate practice of a law firm. Looking for candidate with business development background.
Candidate will be responsible for completion of projects including the research, planning, production, and follow-through of new business pitches, conference sponsorships and custom events, strategic alliances, client service products, market research, and marketing communications and materials. Ensures client services and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position.
Duties will include:
- Research, write, edit, collect and refine data and content for proposals. Assist with strategy, collaborate with partners, and handle production, delivery, and other technical and administrative aspects from inception through follow-up, whether PowerPoint presentations, pitchbooks, and RFI or RFP responses.
- Manage the marketing data
- Prepare statistics and identify trends (internal, client, competitor, and market) and create narrative summaries to use in business development, strategic planning, pitchbooks and other practice materials.
- Edit internal and external Intellectual Property marketing content, materials, and publications.
- Manage updating of content for all Corporate practice descriptions, deal list, attorney biographies, and related practice collateral, including on-demand marketing publications and other materials.
- Co-develop internal marketing reports, communiqués, and dashboards, and help write and edit external marketing communications.
